“No peanut or tree-nut products selected” means those products are omitted based on current manufacturer labels. Johnson & Rusk does not claim an allergen-free facility, product, or assortment. Always read each maker’s original label.
OUR FOUNDER STORY
Johnson & Rusk was inspired by Harry Gilbert Johnson Sr., the founder’s great-grandfather. Harry sold candy, nuts, trail-style mixes, and other products as a weekend job. His great-grandson remembers the assortment of bags at Harry’s home and the enjoyment those uncommon snacks brought people.
Johnson honors Harry. Rusk represents the family continuing his example with an easy modern system: permanent products, straightforward collections, online ordering, and dependable weekend fulfillment.
This is a new company inspired by Harry’s example. We do not claim continuous operation, inherited recipes, or that every product is made in Colorado. Each approved product will be accurately identified as Colorado-made or sourced through a Colorado business.ORDER REQUEST SYSTEM

Yes. Permanent products are available as singles, and favorites can be reordered without buying a collection.
Yes. Enter the quantity in the order form. We will confirm availability, timing, and fulfillment before payment—whether the boxes are for gifts, sharing, an event, or anything else.
Not automatically. Each approved item will be accurately marked as made in Colorado or sourced from a Colorado business. We will not use a stronger claim than the supplier can document.
Yes. Pick exactly three permanent singles. Premium choices may carry a visible upgrade after final pricing is connected.
No. Food stays in the manufacturer’s original sealed and labeled package. Johnson & Rusk only gathers those products inside an outer box.
We will contact you before making a substitution. We never silently replace an advertised product with a lower-value item.

Always read the original label. We can omit products whose labels list peanuts or tree nuts, but we cannot promise an allergen-free product, supplier facility, storage room, or assortment.
Scheduled pickup is free. ZIP code is required before we confirm local-delivery eligibility or carrier shipping charges.
THE JOHNSON & RUSK OPEN
Every order uses one of two sturdy kraft mailer sizes, chosen to protect the products without wasting space. A removable printed art panel welcomes the recipient; the reverse shares our founder story and a QR code for an easy reorder.
A clean one-way opening keeps the presentation neat for delivery or shipping.
Seasonal Colorado artwork can rotate while the dependable core products stay familiar.
