We keep only what the business needs.

Johnson & Rusk does not create public customer profiles or maintain a separate marketing database. Payment and checkout details are handled by Stripe. Shipping details are retrieved from Stripe only when needed to prepare fulfillment and are provided to the selected shipping service.

Operational records

We retain limited order facts such as the order number, products, amounts, payment status, tax, fulfillment status, shipping cost and tracking number. These records support inventory, bookkeeping, fraud prevention, refunds and legal obligations.

Email

Messages sent to shopjohnsonandrusk@gmail.com remain in the business email account according to its settings. We do not sell customer information or use an email subscription list at launch.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments. Shipping providers process addresses and tracking information required to deliver orders. Their own privacy terms also apply when customers use those services.
