Order confirmation

Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or create a completed sale. We confirm the products, quantity, fulfillment timing, taxes, delivery or shipping cost, and final total before payment.

Product availability and substitutions

If an advertised product is unavailable, we will contact you before making a substitution. We do not silently replace an item with a lower-value product. You may approve the change, choose another option, or cancel before payment.

Manufacturer-sealed food

Johnson & Rusk does not repackage food. Products remain in their original manufacturer-sealed packaging. Ingredients, nutrition information, best-by dates, and allergen statements on each manufacturer package control.

Allergies

Always read every original product label. We may be able to omit a product whose label lists a particular allergen, but we cannot promise an allergen-free product, supplier facility, storage area, assortment, or delivery environment.

Damage, mistakes, and missing items

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at shopjohnsonandrusk@gmail.com with the order number, a description, and clear photographs. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement, correction, or refund. Do not consume food from packaging that is open, leaking, or visibly damaged.

Cancellations and returns

Final cancellation, refund, and return terms will be posted before paid checkout opens. Because food products can be perishable or unsuitable for resale after leaving our control, do not mail or return food without contacting us first.

Fulfillment

Pickup, local delivery, and carrier shipping are offered only when confirmed for the order. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Tracking is provided for eligible shipped orders after the carrier accepts the package.
